Four Three states are enabling the Clinton campaign in their subterfuge that “Hillary Clinton leads in the popular vote.” The only four three state parties which have not released hard counts broken down by candidate are: Iowa, Maine, Nevada, & Washington. These states hold party-run caucuses, and therefore are not required to release their counts to the public. However, every other caucus state party has released their data, and it is the secrecy of these four three that allows the Clinton campaign to continue misleading the American people.

“Hey - Iowa, Maine, Nevada, & Washington - count our votes!”

UPDATE: I just received a spreadsheet from a person in Nevada - they did keep track of precinct turnout, but not candidate strength within each precinct, only by delegates. When I get a chance this weekend, I’ll post the numbers.

So once again, lifelong politicians have taken words out of context and wielded them as weapons back at the person who spoke those words.

Senator Obama was 100% correct when he said after all the promises we have been given about improving the economic conditions, not just in Pennsylvania - but across America, and yet nothing has truly changed, that we are bitter and many of us blame that which we are told to blame: immigrants, people wanting to restrict the 2nd Amendment, the government supposedly trampling our religious rights, and so forth.

That’s what Obama was saying. And if you hear the whole conversation in context - you know that is what he said. The American people have been given scape - goats to blame by the people that are really to blame - the politicians that won’t do a damn thing to bring about the change needed to restore jobs and better conditions for our country.

But let me tell you something - I’m not bitter - I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore!

I could go on, but these folks have said it much better than I. The first one, Robert Creamer, is the person who trained me in grassroots organizing back in 1998 while I was working on a campaign in Washington State. The others I don’t personally know - but they sum up the sentiment pretty well.

When it comes time to vote in your upcoming primary and the general election in November - don’t vote because you have to - vote because you want to … because you want to change the status quo … because you want things to get better … vote who you believe truly shares the real American values and who will best represent us to change the system back for the people, instead of turning its back on the people.

Vote because you are mad as hell, and you’re not going to take it anymore!

The race is on in Puerto Rico!

We finally have a poll in Puerto Rico looking at the primary on June 1^st between Senator Clinton and Senator Obama. Conducted by Research & Research between 3/31 and 4/5 of 800 self identified Democrats shows Clinton leading Obama 50% to 37% (MOE ± 4.4%).

Bill Clinton

The Chicago Tribune reports in September 2006 former President Bill Clinton spoke at a fundraiser for Fortune Forum, a non-profit set up to tackle problems such as global warming, water shortages and disaster relief. Now, before you hail the chief - the event raised about $1.5 million, of which $450,000 went to Bill Clinton’s speaking fee.

That’s right, almost 1/3 of the money raised went straight into Bill Clinton’s bank account - where I am sure some was transferred over to the Clinton Family Foundation, where just about all of the Clintons’ ‘charitable’ donations of $10.2 million has gone since 2001. (as a side note: Bill is the President, Hillary is the Secretary/Treasurer, Chelsea is a director and Gloria Clinton is the CEO/Manager. Gloria earned $250,000 in 2006 from the CFF.)

$450,000. As also reported in the same article, Clinton gave two other speeches that day and the next while he was across the pond. One was for a London for-profit partnership and the other was in Dublin. The fees he charged for each of those? $280,000 apiece. So, in 2 days, he racked up over $1 million in speaking fees - almost half from the one non-profit speech, alone.

I can understand charging for speeches, even to a non-profit who is attempting to bring change in the world in respect to climate change and disaster relief, that’s what public speakers do. But to charge a non-profit almost twice the amount that is charged to for-profit company is not just dirty - it’s downright despicable.
